Services for the AI widget
Choose how we load your menu for the chat assistant. The embed can still use your existing booking flow; this powers accurate pricing copy in AI replies.
For sites built on the Braiders stack (or any site that exposes a public categories JSON). Enter your site
origin only — e.g. https://www.yourstudio.com. We call
GET {origin}{path} (default /api/public/services/categories). Same URL you’d use in server config.
X-Booking-Api-Key on server-side requests. Leave blank to keep a previously saved key.
Paste a JSON snapshot of your menu. The assistant uses this instead of calling your API (good for static exports or odd hosts).
Format: array of categories with services, or a flat array of services. Fields:
name, description, basePrice, estimatedMinutes, active, optional addons (same shape as your public API).
Minimal flat example
[
{
"category": "Braids",
"name": "Knotless medium",
"description": "Hair included.",
"basePrice": 250,
"estimatedMinutes": 300,
"active": true
}

We need the public booking page address (starts with https://book.acuityscheduling.com/ or your custom domain’s scheduler). Our server opens that page and reads the service list from Acuity’s markup — not pasted HTML or embed code.
<img> tags here will not work.
How to get the URL
- In Acuity, go to Scheduling Page Link (or “Share scheduling link”) and open the preview, or use the link customers book on.
- Copy the full
https://…URL from the browser address bar — not the HTML source. - Paste it below and click Import from Acuity.

If you don't use Acuity, paste your booking link here (Square, Booksy, custom site, etc.)
